Alex is from Mt. Pleasant and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. He earned a BS in Health Fitness from Central Michigan University in 2010 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CMU in May 2013. He received his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2016 and joined Mountain Town Rehab in May 2013.
Alex has clinical experience in outpatient settings with patients with a range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, as well as inpatient rehabilitation with patients with neurologic conditions. He is interested in a broad range of orthopedic care, with particular interests in sports-related injuries. He is certified in dry needling and Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) and has extensive training in the Graston technique.
In his personal time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends. He participates in triathlons and also enjoys biking, golfing, volleyball, reading, and camping.
