Mountain Town Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time outpatient role in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. You will provide individualized evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and patient education in a clinic that prioritizes one-on-one care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and formulate customized plans of care.
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, one-on-one therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, referring physicians, and patient families.
- Maintain clean, compliant documentation aligned with professional standards.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan, or eligibility to obtain one.
